Pronunciation, Grammar, and Vocabulary Explanations in Pedagogical Interaction

چکیده
This article reviews conversation analytic research on explanations in pedagogical interaction, particularly language learning classrooms. In reviewing this literature, paper aims to provide a comprehensive account of what is interactionally involved when giving so that future investigating the effectiveness these kinds can be appropriately measured. The first discusses characteristics explanation as interactional phenomena, namely they are sequentially organized, either planned or unplanned, and monologically dialogically organized. Then, details how three particular linguistic domains (i.e., pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary) accomplished interactionally. doing so, highlights similarities differences across frequently found ends by identifying patterns suggesting directions for research.
